What is included

  • Two 90-minute virtual Salons on Zoom for up to 20 people. Our first guided session will be rich with teachings, transmissions, and exercises. Our second meeting, a week later, will focus on implementation, facilitation, and Q and A.

  • All participants receive recordings of the Salons, plus bonus audios and PDFs.
